HAWAII MEETING
October 20, 2026 7:00 – 8:00 pm in the BHS Commons
We would love to have everyone in attendance but understand if you already have a commitment. Any student traveling alone needs at least 1 parent to attend with them. Students will be receiving a final itinerary, meet their chaperones/roommates, meet with our Safety Team, and discuss travel/packing list/performance needs/etc.

REMAINING MARCHING BAND REHEARSALS
As we move out of our competitive marching band season, we will be focusing solely on the football games/performing halftime! These games (including any playoff games) are mandatory and are part of the lettering/grading policy. We no longer have Monday or Tuesday marching band rehearsals for the rest of the year. We may need to meet on Thursdays from 2:45 – 3:45pm for review/runs of the show to be certain we prevent injury or confusion. Those dates will be released by Monday of game week!
SPIRIT NIGHT
Our next spirit night is Thursday, October 22 from 5-9 at Raising Cane’s on Hwy 124. Check the flyer at this link: https://brookwoodband.org/raising-cane-spirit-night/
VOLUNTEERS
Concessions
Volunteers are needed to help in the concession stand. You must be on the sign-up genius to be admitted into the game free if you are a concessions volunteer.
