Marching Band Members wear your SOAR show shirt. We encourage you to wear athletic shorts/athletic leggings so that you can put on your waders easily.
Bring a garment bag with full uniform, gauntlets, marching shoes, black gloves, and shako INSIDE the shako box to school with you! Make sure your bag is labeled with your name since all 252 of us will have bags. We will show you where to store your bag before 1st period!

| 1:30 pm | Begin Changing into waders/long black socks/shoes (Fl, Cl, Sax, and Trumpet will carry instrument IN CASE on the bus). All others load Trailer! |
| 2:15 pm | Students Load Buses |
| 2:30 pm | Bus Departs for Mercedes Benz |
| 3:30 pm | Arrive and unload in Loading Dock (Cases stay on Bus – all others unload at trailers) |
| 3:50 pm | Grab a bottle of water at dock and line up in Concert Order (Guard in Front and Percussion after Low Reeds) |
| 4:00 pm | March into Stadium |
| 4:30 pm | Warm Up in Stadium |
| 4:45 pm | Perform National Anthem from Stands |
| 5:00 pm | Kickoff |
| 3rd Qtr | BREAK and Bring Money (on Card or Apple Pay) to eat dinner from available concessions |
| 7:45 pm | Game Ends (Estimated Time) |
| 8:00 pm | Load Equipment/Bus for BHS |
| 8:30 pm | Depart Loading Dock |
| 9:30 pm | Trailers Are Unloaded/Instruments Stored/All Bags Retrieved from Band Room and Doors Locked! |
