Marching Band Rehearsals Begin
On August 6th

Our first football game is Thursday, August 13 at the Mercedes Benz Stadium at 5:00 pm.

August 13th, Corky Kell Student Schedule
All students need to bring their full uniform/long black socks/marching shoes/gloves/shako in shako box with them to school Thursday morning. We will have a plan on storing those items during the day. All students need to have money for dinner concessions. We eat during the 3rd quarter break.

FAMILY BAND PICNIC
Tuesday, August 11 from 5:30 – 7 pm will be our annual Family Band Picnic in the horseshoe. The band will provide hot dogs and drinks. Please bring a side dish or dessert to share.
HAWAII MEETING
Tuesday, August 11 from 7 – 8 pm after the Band Picnic. The meeting will take place in the commons area.

📅 How Chaperone Scheduling Works:
We rotate chaperones weekly based on availability and need. Since we may have more volunteers than spots, not everyone will be scheduled every week.
- You’ll receive a confirmation email no later than Monday evening for that week’s Friday game.
- You might be on a wait list depending on the number of volunteers that week. If so, you will be receiving an email stating you are on the wait list, but changes happen and you might be needed if someone cancels
Note that we will be sending separate communication at a later time about the Competitions and the Gwinnett Exhibition.
