Brookwood Marching Band! It’s time to select your roommates for band camp. This year this will be done online. Please read these simple steps before accessing your custom link. Room Groups will be assigned room numbers by staff prior to arrival.
If you are not receiving band emails, we likely have the wrong email address for you or the emails are going to the junk/spam folder. Still can’t find your roommate email after checking your junk/spam folder? Then reach out to tech@brookwoodband.org.
Roommate selections are due by Sunday, June 28th at 11:00 PM.
For Marchers Who Want to Room Together
- Get your roommate group together and choose a Room Captain
- The Room Captain will click on their link to the roommate form
- The Room Captain confirms their information and clicks the Next button
- The Room Captain selects “Yes I want to invite roommates”
- The Room Captain selects up to 3 roommates from the available list
- If you select less than 3 roommates (1 or 2) the other slots will be filled by staff
- If an invite is not accepted the empty slot will be filled by staff
- Students who’ve already sent or accepted invites are not selectable in the list of roommates
- When the Room Captain completes their form, the other members of the room group will be automatically notified by email.
To Accept A Room Group Invitation
- Wait for the email notification that you’ve received an invite from the Room Captain
- Click your custom link in the Roommate Signup email
- Confirm your information and click the Next button
- To see your invitations, select Yes – Select/Review Invitations
- Upon this selection you will see all of your invitations listed by the Room Captain who sent it
- Choose your preferred Room Captain to see the members of that group
- Once you’ve selected an invitation
For Students Who Do Not have Roommates
- Click your custom link in the Roommate Signup email
- Select “No I do not wish to invite roommates”
- Complete the form and click submit
Change Requests
Once you submit a form you cannot submit another one. Changes are evaluated on a case by case basis after contacting tech@brookwoodband.org with your request.
