COMPETITION TRIP SCHEDULE

| 12:30 PM | Begin Loading Equipment |
| 1:00 PM | Students meet in Commons in ½ uniform and remainder in hanging bag |
| 1:45 PM | Load Bus |
| 2:00 PM | Depart for Baldwin High School |
| 4:00 PM | Arrive at Baldwin High School and Guard immediately go to Dress at Lakeview Academy |
| 4:15 PM | Students Begin Dressing in Uniform |
| 4:30 PM | Students Head to Trucks to Get Equipment |
| 5:05 PM | Warm Up Begins in Warm Up Area A |
| 6:05 PM | Band Departs for Staging |
| 6:15 PM | Band Is At Gate |
| 6:20 PM | Brookwood Band Performs |
| 6:30 PM | Sousas/Batterie/Pit Return to Equipment Trucks to Load Instruments While Everyone Else Takes Instrument Into Stadium to Sit in Designated Area. Mr. King Will Bring Those Students From Trucks Back to Seating. |
| 6:40 PM | Watch North Oconee/Central-Carroll/Lowndes/Wesleyan Perform while also Visiting Concessions |
| 8:20 PM | Baldwin Performs Exhibition |
| 8:40 PM | Leadership Gathers For Awards |
| 9:00 PM | Awards Ceremony Begins |
| 10:00 PM | Load Remaining Equipment |
| 10:30 PM | Load Bus and Depart for BHS |
| 12:30 AM | Return to BHS and Unload |
